Bridal FAQ'S
When should I book my wedding day make-up?
As soon as you have set a date, you should enquire about availability for your make-up. Most brides book well in advance, as much as a year before. Please contact me as soon as possible to find out if
I am available for your wedding day.
How can I be sure you are booked for my wedding?
A deposit is required to secure your wedding day and this guarantees the date is held for you.
The deposit is 50% of the services that are required on your wedding day. Once I have confirmed the date is available, I will send you a booking form which gives you details of how to send the deposit or you can pay here to secure your wedding date.
Can Spa 2 u style my hair?
Spa 2 u specialise in professional make-up application. Many brides use their own hairdresser
for their wedding day hair or have a molbile hairdresser at the wedding venue.
If you have more than one or two people in your wedding party requiring both hair and make-up it is advisable to have one person specialising in make-up and one in hair, as there may not be enough time for one person to do both.
Spa 2 u recommends Lisa Stone for Bridal Hair.
Why do I need a trial and what will happen?
Having a make-up trial before your wedding is just as important as the day itself, it allows us to meet in person and ensure I have all the information I need for you to looknothing less than stunning on your special day!
You should allow at least 2 hours for your make-up trial so we have time to discuss the following:
Once I have a complete understanding of your individual requirements your make-up will be applied, ensuring as we go along that you are completely satisfied with the results.
I will record which products have been used and also take a digital image of your make-up, to ensure the look you have chosen is achieved perfectly on the day itself.
When should I have a trial?
I recommend that you have a trial as soon as you decide to have your make-up done, this ensures your peace of mind to get on with the rest of your wedding planning, If however you feel you would like a trial closer to the wedding date itself this would usually be done 4-6 weeks before. I offer additional trials at reduced rates if you decide to have more than one trial.
